Shipping & Delivery

In stock items will be shipped within two business days. Non-stock items such as custom signage and U.S.  Navy signs will ship within 30 days. If you need further assistance regarding shipping, please call customer service at 1-877-AFT-GLOW.

If an order combines both stock and non-stock items, we will ship all items at once.  MRAP kits and components are currently in high demand and shipping times will depend on the Defense Production and Allocation Priority of all orders received.  DPAS Rated DX orders will be filled first, then DPAS Rated DO orders, then unrated Government orders, then commercial orders, per the Defense Production Act of 1950.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are important to AfterGlow®!  When you place an order at AfterGlow Direct, we must request information from you so that we can ship your products. Additionally, we will use this information to contact you if we experience problems processing your order. All data collected during this process is encrypted and stored on a secure server.  We will never share your information with anyone.

Returns & Replacements

In order to return any item, the original buyer must request a Return Authorization by calling 1-877-AFT-GLOW or by contacting us online.

Stocked items in our commercial catalog items may be returned unopened and undamaged, freight pre-paid to our manufacturing facility in Trenton, NC within 30 days of purchase. Custom products may not be returned.

There will be a 25% restocking return fee for all returned items. No credit will be given for opened or damaged products.

Manufacturing tolerances for all products are +/- 1% of specified dimensions. Any products within these manufacturing tolerances will be deemed acceptable and may not be returned for credit, except as previously noted.

Military AE addresses only accept USPS shipments.

All prices displayed on this website reflect commercial prices. Government buyers may receive government rates by entering discount code GOVT during the checkout process. All other pricing or promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions of those offers, and may not be combined. Government purchasers will be verified prior to processing of payment and shipment of products.
