Photoluminescent Signage at Craven County Regional Airport in New Bern, NC

After seeing an exhibit of AfterGlow^® Photoluminescent Safety Solutions™ at an airport trade show, the Director of Operations and Maintenance at the Craven County Regional Airport expressed interest in further exploring the AfterGlow^® product line. An AfterGlow^® representative made a follow-up call to arrange an appointment at which the two could discuss possible ways to clarify exit routes in Craven Country Regional Airport's parking lots. Existing signage in the airport's long and short term parking lots left passengers confused about how and where to exit. Together, AfterGlow^® and Craven Country Regional Airport decided that AfterGlow's photoluminescent and retro-reflective combination signs would be the most effective solution.

Craven Country Regional Airport now uses AfterGlow's photoluminescent signs in conjunction with standard signs such as "No Exit" and "Stop" to provide departing passengers with additional information. These signs remain effective even after enduring hurricane season and winter weather in the coastal Carolina region.
