Project Management

Project Management is an AfterGlow^® Federal core competency. We have developed a comprehensive Project Management Plan to guide and document the processes we follow:

• No person is indispensable, so the plan provides the roles and responsibilities of each member of the AfterGlow^® Federal Program Team as well as a clear road map to follow in the event that any individuals are lost.
• We identify Principle Resources—such as key subcontractors and vendors—as well as their roles in the project, their procurement processes, and their management.
• The plan's Contract Management section contains an overview of contract administration and management that addresses delivery orders, performance assessment, and billing.
• In order to accurately assess our performance and continually improve, we identify and track critical Metrics and conduct trend analysis. These metrics were developed over two years and predict the material requirements by space category and calculate the man-hours required to install the different products of the LLEPM system. We have conducted time-motion analysis and collected real-time data to refine and improve our models.
• We have established a rigorous Financial Analysis model that is simple to monitor, providing critical insight as to where we can become more efficient and effective.
• Our Communication Strategies with our customers as well as our subcontractors and vendors are absolutely essential. Feedback, both positive and negative, is stressed throughout our organization, both programmatically and contractually. We have regular dialogue with our customers to ensure we are meeting all expectations.

We have demonstrated the ability to level-load our workforce, retaining a core group of skilled and experienced installers. We have the ability to respond on short notice to new taskings and schedule changes and have an established "surge capability" to augment our core workforce as necessary.

Our Project Management Plan provides the tools to ensure project discipline, promote maximum efficiency, and ensure effective communication between team members. With established processes in place, we have discovered that we are more responsive to our clients and customers needs and requirements.
